Simple First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for individuals who want an overview of First Aid and CPR. This course covers skills needed to recognize, prevent and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for adults; CPR Level A or C (enhanced to meet specific needs); and other topics such as choking, airway and breathing emergencies, as well as prevention of disease transmission.

- Register and remit payment to Lifesaver First Aid & Aquatics for the “Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED (Blended Learning)”.
- Students will receive the invitation and instructions via email. This is how they access the 4.5 hour theory-based (self study) online material. Note: requires internet access.
- When successfully competed, students will attend an 3.5-hour in-class skills and knowledge review with Lifesaver First Aid & Aquatics.
- Students must complete the classroom portion within 6 weeks of receiving the invitation.
