Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in a fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol.

Professionals in a fire service, rescue team, workplace response team, sports-medicine professionals, lifeguards, ski patrol, or volunteer first responder groups.

Professionals in emergency medical care who may be responsible for initial assessments, the provision of safe and prudent care, and the transport of a patient to the most appropriate healthcare facility.
